I am not everyone’s “cup of tea.” I am a bit awkward, I have a strange sense of humor, and I don’t wear high heels. If you are looking for a high fashion, aloof, know-it-all, “TV” style agent, I am not the Realtor® for you. If you want a Realtor® who cares about getting YOU the BEST DEAL POSSIBLE, researching properties, negotiating prices and terms, and being responsive, whether you are Buying or Selling, then you've found her! ~ RESULTS MATTER ~
Is your agent a Realtor®? Do they love what they do and are they successful at it? Advanced certifications and licenses are a good sign that your agent/Realtor® cares about the level of service they provide you. How quickly do their listings sell? What is their list-to-sale price ratio? Do their buyers always pay more? I have an impressive track record, averaging sales prices for my Buyers between 10+% BELOW asking (in a hot seller's market), and getting Sellers an average of 10% to 15+% OVER asking, within the first week on the market. I am data-driven and computer/internet savvy. I have a strong presence on social media and an exceptional marketing plan that no other brokerage can come close to! ~ REPUTATION MATTERS ~ When looking for a Realtor® read their reviews and recommendations carefully, they reflect the service their clients received on a very important journey. Are they respected within the industry? Do other agents want to work with them or do they have a reputation for being difficult? Will the Realtor® let you speak to past clients? I have lived on the East Coast, the West Coast, the Mid-West, the Middle East, and have spent time in Mexico and Central America. I have attended over 15 schools and moved countless times. I have worked with people from all over the world and all walks of life.
